Question: Hello

I am 35 years of age, male.

I want to check the recommendation on Vitamin D3 supplement.
There are two option. Either the 60,000 IU supplement that comes in form of powder and was recommended once in a week.
Additionally, there are these 600 IU tablets that are recommended to be taken 4 every day.

Which one is preferred dosage and correct form for this vitamin supplement.

Brief Answer:
60000 unit per week is good option

Detailed Answer:
Hello, I have studied your case and I think 60000 unit per week is better option. Daily dose is not very effective. Also when you are taking vitamin D you should check your serum D 3 level. You should take vitamin D for 6 weeks then stop. If after that your vitamin D level is low then only you need to take more vitamin D. Without checking if you take vitamin D then it can cause serious side effects.
Thanks
