Question: i'm 90, healthy, Bipoler II, (mild), on 150 mg of Welbruton SR daily. Seems to work OK. What is the normal dosage for my age?

Considering your age the dose is fine. Though high dose can be given but this might increase the risk of side effects especially lowering of threshold of seizures.

The dose of 150 SR would help to control your symptoms. Normal doses for your age are in range of 150-300 mg SR.
