Brief Answer:
Better to take weekly once till your values reach normal

Detailed Answer:
Hi
GREETINGS
Nice to know that you are feeling better after VIT D.
You haven't mentioned your blood values of vit D.
However it is better to take it weekly once in the prescribed form till your values are normal. After that you can take low dose daily.
Sun exposure from 11am to 4pm is also a natural way to boost your vitamine D.
Hope my answer helps you.
Regards
