Brief Answer:
Safe to continue pregnancy

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
It is normal for the TSH values to increase in pregnancy due to the hormonal changes in this period and hence the dose of thyronorm to increase to maintain the TSH levels below 3.5. It is definitely safe to continue pregnancy in such situation.
DUphastone is progesterone and it is completely safe for both the mother and the fetus.
There is nothing to worry.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
