Hello,

the dosage for tegretol is individualized. The starting dose is 200mg twice daily. The dose is gradually escalated (200mg every week) and split in 3-4 doses per day. The maximum dosage is 1200mg per day (divided in 4 doses).

The serum target levels are 6-12mcg/L.
