Brief Answer:
Not possible to predict ovulation

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I understand your concerns about ovulation.

While you are on these pills, it is difficult to predict ovulation. If she had regular cycles, ovulation could have occurred around 14th day.

You can safely stop pills and wait for periods to start.

Brief Answer:
Ovarian cyst may not be reason for bleeding

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

The ovarian cyst may not be the reason for bleeding such a long time.

She needs to get her endometrial thickness checked as increased thickness is a possible reason for such a bleeding.

For my patients I advice any tablet containing tranexamic acid in the dose of 500mg 3 times a day for 3 days. Popular brand is Pause MF. You can try the same which will help in reducing the bleeding significantly.

Regards
