Question
I am told to take 25mg of Levogastrol every 8 hours
Also that I should take it at least 20 minutes before a meal
I dont eat every 8 hours
I eat 8am ,14.00 hours and 20.00 hours
which is only 6 hours
which is more important the hours or before food
or can I take them every 6 hours

Yes, you can use it every 6 hours but should avoid less than that time interval. A 6 to 8 hour time frame is fine.

Follow-up: Suggest dosage for Levogastrol 4 minutes later
I also take Dolalgial 125 mg when my sciatica is bad. This is very infrequently. Just take when necessary
