Suggest Dosage For Cymbalta

Question: Hello, my doctor's receptionist told me that he gave her a message for me to increase my Cymbalta to 2 30 mg. tablets in the morning and 2 30 mg. tablets in the evening before bed. That would put me up to 120 mg. a day. Is that too much?

However I feel the one time increase should not be more than 30 mg and if the dose is increased 60 mg at a time please confirm back with your doctor. It is possible that doctor receptionist did not got clear message or she may he missed something.
