Brief Answer:
follow lifestyle modifications as advised .

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXX
I can understand your concern .
As you have mentioned at present you have obesity and fatty liver .I would like to inform you that these both can be managed very well by certain life style modifications . These are
1 . maintain your BMI less than 25 and that is only possible by reducing your weight.
This can be done by certain dietary modifications such as eat more fruits and vegetables , consume more wholegrain cereals , take skimmed dairy products , stop eating fried foods and other added fats and oils and drink water instead of caloric beverages .
2.physical activity -the combination of dietary modifications and exercise is most effective treatment for obesity. The recommendations is to engage 150 min a week of moderate intensity exercise such as brisk walk .
You can do walking, using stairs and engage yyourself in some sport activities . All this will help in managing your obesity .
Fatty liver has many causes such as it may be associated with lipid abnormalities or alcohol intake or certain drugs can cause it.you need to stop alcohol if you are drinking and stop any drug that may cause this. For lipid abnormalities above mentioned life style modifications are to be followed and get lipid profile checked if they are disturbed then we have lipid lowering agents also. These can be taken under supervision of a physician .
Hope this will help you . If you have any other concerns please feel free to message me . Thanks for contacting HCM .
