Detailed Answer:
Hi! Welcome to health care magic! Thanks for sharing your concerns with us. We will try to help you in best way possible.

Based on the history of balsam of Peru allergies or spectrum of food allergies causing skin pruritus or utricaria including contact dermatitis or eczema, the diets which are thought to be causative are many but mostly it is thought to be caused by the diets containing nickel. Foods like sea fish, cow milk, nuts including pea nut and tree nuts, shell fish, soybeans, eggs, large amounts of citrus and tomatoes, black tea, bakery products containing high wheat, vanilla, soya or nuts, chocolates and can foods may all trigger the condition.

The amount of nickel varry in these diets depending on geographical variations including use of fertilisers and other soil contents and thus there tendency to induce the allergic response may varry. So if at one occasion if no response or reaction is noted it may not be the case at some other time so using these products with caution is recommended.

Keep a warning bracelet on and keep a steroid or antihistamine injection at reach alongwith adrenaline in the cases where severe allergic responses have occurred in past. Use of metallic ornaments should be with caution.

Hope this has answered your query, if you have any more questions, feel free to ask. Regards.
