Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i understand your concern. Usually Iron is rich in meat products and folate is rich in green leafy vegetables. Here is a list of foods that have rich sources of above two ingredients.
Iron :-
Red meat, pork and poultry
Seafood
Beans
Dark green leafy vegetables, such as spinach
Dried fruit, such as raisins and apricots
Iron-fortified cereals, breads and pastas
Peas

Along with iron supplements or foods rich in iron, use of foods rich in vitamin C is important as latter improves absorption of former. Here is a list of some vitamin c rich foods.
Broccoli
Grapefruit
Kiwi
Leafy greens
Melons
Oranges
Peppers
Strawberries
Tangerines
Tomatoes

Foods that are rich in folates are
lentils
dried beans, peas, and nuts
avocado
dark green vegetables such as broccoli, spinach, collard or turnip greens, okra, Brussels sprouts, and asparagus
citrus fruit and juice

Apart from these diet lifestyle modifications, i would recommend oral supplements for these two products available in many forms. I hope it helps. Take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.
