Brief Answer:
Protein supplements after work out

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thank you for asking health caremagic forum
You can take whey protein powders available in markets. Or else you can include protein rich food in your diet. Egg whites, high protein milk, chicken breast, chick peas are good source of protein. Protein intake should not be excess also. Excess intake will increase the work of kidneys as those are excreted.
Hope this may help you. Let me know if you have any follow up. I am happy to help you.
Thanks.
