Question: I want a diet chart and an exercise regime for me...also I keep putting on weight when I workout...what do I do???

There are many reasons for not losing weight with the exercises. This is a common occurrence and upon digging deeper you will find that there is a definite relation between food and exercises. In order to lose weight in a healthy way you need to lose body fat by making necessary alterations in the diet. The reason for weight gain with exercises could be the selection of exercise and an imbalance between the calorie intake and energy expenditure. A part of it is also credited to the intake of protein rich foods and muscle development.
