Question: what diet is suitable for hip osteoarthritis. and exercises?

i am in tremendous pain in both groin and hip. my leg cant fully extend and inhibits movement to certain positions.

Arthritis pain diets include a comprehensive list of foods that it is recommended you avoid. By eliminating these foods by following an arthritis diet you may be able to get arthritis pain relief.
You may find that you do not need to eliminate all foods on the list and only needs certain foods to be restricted. Platelet rich plasma and stem cell treatment are still under trials and their long term effects are not known. These are not helpful in advanced cases like yours. Hip replacement is a safe option. Tylenol is not a prescription drug. It is available over the counter.
