Suggest Ayurvedic Treatment For Otosclerosis

Question: I am a white male, 61 years old, with otosclerosis, now causing a profound hearing loss. This began when I was thirty, and have had one slightly effective stapedectomy. I have BTEs which are borderline effective. Is there something better or additional than just managing with hearing aids, exercise, and healthy eating?
( I also have cervical spinal spondylosis which I am managing the same way. It became active/annoying when I was 60 years old. I am managing this the same way, and additionally with Physical Therapy.) Can also contact YYYY@YYYY

I gone through your query.

As regarding your hearing loss i cannot help or advise you at this situation. As no diet,healthy lifestyle will help in hearing.otosclerosis in young age can be managed.
But it also depends on the progress of the disease and response to the treatment recommended.
sorry there is no line of treatment or advise to improve your hearing capcity through ayurvedic medication,diet,exercise etc.

Also no studies reveals regarding otosclerosis treatment in elderly people in ayurveda.

Regarding your cervical spondylosis certain line of treatment such as oral medication,panchakarma,diet,exercise will help and mange your condition well.
physical therapy is also good.
