Brief Answer:
further clarification/information

Detailed Answer:
Dear
Thanks for contacting Ayurveda with your health concern and after reviewing your reports following is recommend guidelines:

1. Have you taken an opinion of Endocrinologist to exclude whether it is Primary, Secondary, or Tertiary Hyperthyroidism i.e. at Pituitary/Hypothalamus/Thyroid level?

2. What are the symptoms you are experiencing due to high level: anxiety, increased appetite, weight loss, diarrhea, heat intolerance? (any other)

3. Are you taking excess of iodine in diet (sea food), or any medicine for heart?

4. Oil pulling is usually useful in thyroid disorder but only after Endocrinologist has excluded that it is not due to Autoimmune reaction, any nodule or inflammation of thyroid.

Do revert back with your concern for further assistance.

further assistance & management

Detailed Answer:
Dear
Thanks for reverting back and after reviewing the answer of another expert which has diagnosed the condition to be Grave's disease (Autoimmune) thus it will be wise to seek an opinion of Endocrinologist for further investigation & examination.

1. In Ayurveda there is no direct reference of Hyperthyroidism but there is mentioning of one disease by the name " BHASMAKA ROGA" (acute hunger) where the patient keeps on eating but looses weight simultaneously, so I will prescribe the dietary regime and management on the basis of this:.

DIET

.Avoid: sea food, iodized salt, garlic, onion, meat, chicken, fish, whole unrefined grains, dairy products, banana, eggs, mushrooms, guava, strawberries, carrots, cucumber, potatoes, pumpkin, avocado, tomatoes, black- Lima-mung beans, navy/red kidney/split beans, black pepper, cinnamon, turmeric, mint, coriander, apple, apricots, olive oil, cherries, date, kiwi, papaya, pineapple, prunes, brown rice, coconut oil.

Take: linseed/flax oil, Peanuts,walnuts, XXXXXXX turnip,green mustard, cauliflower,cofee, peaches,cabbage, soybean, canola oil, spinach, radish,sweet potato, white bread/ flour, pears,millet.

a. Drink 1 cup maiden hair leaves juice (lajjalu) for 1 month.

b. Make kheer of seeds of apamarg acharynthes aspera) in XXXXXXX milk (effective in controlling hunger)

c. You can practice XXXXXXX namaskar, yog mudradasana, sarvangasana, matasyasan.

d. Do let me know what the Endocrinologist think of the treatment since in Ayurveda I usually go with Rasayana (Immunomodulation Therapy) Chikitsa.
