Brief Answer: Prophylactic Aspect Detailed Answer: Dear XXXXXXX Thanks for reverting back with your concern(s) 1. Since Injury was the main reason behind this problem, did investigations done at that time revealed anything serious? 2. Did you checked up with vitamin level? 3. Your weight is requested not Date of Birth. 4. New Study suggests that smoking results in high blood pressure and heart diseases [get them checked from a Cardiologist], all of which are risk factors for occlusion of the arteries [atherosclerosis: check with lipid profile also] which is/are associated with the development of low back pain and degeneration of intervertebral discs: thus quitting smoking is the best treatment [use ‘tejpatra sticks’ which can be procured from local general store and when urge to smoke is there just chew these sticks] 5. If backache is there make sure SLR test and EHL weakness is tested by your Attending Physician [preferably Orthopedic Surgeon] 6. Since medicine differ from state to state thus it is possible a formulation of your region, and hopefully best suited for your condition. 7. Following common prescription drugs are available [at your discretion]: . maharasnadi kwath, mahayograj guggulu, erand tail, dashmoolarisht, rheumalya forte, Rheumalya liniment, Chandraprabha vati, Vishgarbh/saindhav tail . panchkarma procedure: baluka sweda, nirgundi vashp sweda.
