Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing to HCM.

I have read through your query in detail.
Please find my observations below.

1. Concussion is mildest form of brain injury in which the CT scan shows normal findings.

2. The symptoms of concussion includes brain fog, difficulty to concentrate, mild dizziness, occasional head discomfort. These symptoms decrease after one to two months and few patients might experience symptoms for 3 to 6 months.

3. Since you are recovering from concussion injury, it will be good to observe the following
(i) Taking small frequent meals will help avoid nausea and dizziness
(ii) Please reduce amount of oily foods and alcohol for few weeks(better to avoid alcohol, if at all)
(iii) If there is difficulty in biting then eating soft foods can help make you feel better.
(iv) Please include fresh fruits, vegetable and juices to given more nutrition and heal faster.
(v) Avoid eating food that is not fresh.

Hope your query is answered.
