Brief Answer:
High protein diet

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Since your wife has delivered baby one week ago and she must be breastfeeding, she should take high protein diet including milk and milk products, eggs and pulses.
She should also take plenty of fluids including water , as that facilitates the breast milk production.
Other than these food items, she should take normal food items like chapati, breads and vegetables.
She should take meal every 2-3 hourly.
She can additionally take nuts and dry fruits for energy and nutrition.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
