Question: Hi,
I would like to know if there are alternatives to Serlect (sertindole), i mean, with the same or similar benefits (especially in dopamine receptors), but without some really bad side effects, including sexual dysfunction.

Brief Answer:
Consultation

Detailed Answer:
Hello, and thanks for your question.

I would suggest paliperidone. This is an atypical antipsychotic will low risk of sexual dysfunction. It has an excellent side effect profile.
