Question: hello, what other cholesterol meds other than atorvastatin or lipitor
fluoxetine 10mg, metformin 1000mg x2 daily,ramipril 5mg ,glimepiride 4mg, amlodipins 10mg, gabapentin 300mg, glyxambi25mg thank you

There are other options available that would not interact with your other medications such as rosuvastatin (crestor), lovastatin (mevacor), pravastatin, ezetimibe.

Of these medications, ezetimibe is not a statin, it works by preventing cholesterol absorption from the gut.

These medications do not cause any problems with the other medications.If you are having problems with the atorvastatin then one of these can be used instead.
A prescription would be needed from your doctor.
