Hi,
I am losing my hair since i was 17, my dermatologist prescribed me Finasteride 1mg & Minoxidil 10% 2 years ago. I've got great results from it, but with terrible side effects from finasteride since the first month of consuming it. I consulted my derm regarding the side effects but she said the sides will go away with continues consumtion within few months, its been 2 years now but the sides have only worsen since then.
I've listed all my sides below
1. weak erections
2. watery semen
3. no morning wood
4. fatigue
I want to quit finasteride, but i am affraid the results i got will be gone. Can you please suggest me some alternative (topical or oral) so i can maintain my results.
I am listing my current regime below
1. 1 mg finasteride once daily
2. Keraglow once daily
3. Mintop 10% twice daily

Yes, you can even use topical finasteride without all the sexual side effects. However topical finasteride is not yet approved for this indication but it works.

I have one more query
should I quit Finasteride ASAP or should i tapper the dosages down gradually and then quit (because of Post Finasteride Syndrome)? &
after quitting should i start Androanagen immediately or wait for the side effects from finasteride to go completely then start with androanagen?
