Question: hi, my 4 year old son suffers from food intolerances and weather allergies since birth, has was intorerant to dairy and lots of other foods, he seems to have grown out of these but all year round he has a runny nose and swollen puffy eyes, he was on neo clarity which stopped working after few years, he was then on singular but made him aggressive, he is now on xyzal which is not helping him,

I can understand your concern.
In my opinion, you should give him following drugs.
1. Oral combination of antihistamine (levocetrizine or fexofenadine) and anti allergic (montelukast) drugs. Combination is better than individual drugs.
2. Intranasal spray containing steroids (fluticasone)
3. Steam inhalation 4-5 times a day.
4. Give him plenty of fluids orally.
He will mostly improve with all these.
