Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query.

I am so sorry to hear that your doctor is retired and you have some difficulties getting your XXXXXXX XXXXXXX is a centrally acting antispasmodic. It has no over the counter substitute. It is a prescription medication but not a controlled substance. Talk to your new doctor about this and am pretty sure he would be more than happy to work this out with you. There should be no bottlenecks like with morphine.

In all, there is no OTC substitute. talk to your new physician about this and hope he prescribes it without any further worriesHi and thank you so much for this query.

am so sorry to hear about this pain that you have reported. Do you have this similar pain during urination? Do you have any other pain in the genital area?

If you have no other pain except when you are ejaculating, then this is most likely not due to any organic cause and may be ore psychological. However, if you do, we would need to examine you fully and do at least a urine a semen culture to understand what the possible origin and cause of this pain is.

Get back to me with these answers so that we can talk more about this. Thanks and waiting..

I hope this addresses your query fully and provides some more information for you to act on. I wish you well. Thanks for using our services and do feel free to ask for ore information and clarification if need be.
