Brief Answer:
Further necessary information is required.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

1. Lack of exercise and bad posture cause most of the backaches in young patients as seen in my clinical practice.

2. Before opting for any system of medicine make sure to exclude any associated or secondary cause of your backache:

3. Consult an Orthopedic surgeon for any neurological deficiency in legs, and if there is no relief with routine treatment, ask for Hb%, X-ray LS Spine- AP & Lateral [for osteoarthritis, disc prolapse, TB spine, osteoporosis etc.], till then make sure to incorporate dietary regime and lifestyle changes into your daily routine:

DIETARY REGIME

i. Avoid urad dal, curd, fish, jaggery, milk, incompatible and heavy food, suppression of natural urges, anxiety, grief, outdoor activities when the sky is covered with clouds, and cold wind.

ii. Take maize, horse gram, karela, dried ginger, garlic, ajwain, saunf, XXXXXXX marich, saindhav lavan, hing, jeera, old ghee, lukewarm water, castor oil, light walking, sudation, warm clothes, garlic and ginger mixed buttermilk.

iii. Fry 250 ml ginger juice in 250 ml of til tail, when 250 ml remains [make sure oil doesn't get burn], filter it after cooling and massage.

iv. Boil 1 spoon dried ginger in 4 cups of water till 1 cup remains, filter it and add 2 spoon castor oil and drink.

PS. General Instructions [lifestyle management]
i. Maintain straight back posture while sitting or standing.
ii. Avoid bending forwards and lifting weights.
iii. Sleep on a hard mattress.
iv. Gentle massage
v. back exercises: Leg rising in dorsal recumbent position, pushups, swimming.

Spine Management:
i. Relax the spine completely.
ii. Do not lie face down.
iii. Lie on your back with a pillow under the knee.
iv. Lie on the side with a pillow between the knees.
v. Distract your mind from the pain, watch television, read light humorous stories, listen to soothing music.

vi. Take 4 spoons of XXXXXXX juice
4 spoons of ginger juice
4 spoons of honey and take for 1 month.

. Boil 100 gm black pepper powder in 300 ml til tail--- filter, cool and massage OR mix dried ginger in castor oil and massage.

3. Since there is numerous Ayurveda spine center in XXXXXXX and I personally don't know any doctor who according to me is 'best' in the treatment of a backache so you can do one of the following options:

. In the Doctor's section of Ayurveda in Healthcare magic itself, you can search for nearby Doctor/Hospital/Center near you.
. try to see which hospital/center has got the maximum reviews in google

Hope I have answered your query.
