Brief Answer:
take medicines as advised; get ECG done to rule out cardiac cause

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Welcome to HCM.
This is Dr. Swarnava Dattagupta answering your query.

I have gone through your question and understand your concern.
My first advice will be to reduce anxiety. If such patients come to me, I advise them the following-

Taking tablet paracetamol or other NSAIDS like ibuprofen of aceclofenac for headache. If not reduced, sumatriptan may be taken.
Taking lots of oral fluid. Also taking soft healthy diet. Taking pantoprazole-domperidone tablet will help with the digestion.
Getting a good night's sleep. Tablet lorazepam or alprazolam after dinner will help in it.
Relax. The more anxious one becomes, the more difficult it is to get relief from such headache.

You are also having chest tightness.
First of all, get an ECG done to rule out cardiac causes. Deep breathing exercises will be helpful once cardiac causes are excluded.

Consult your family doctor or treating doctor for prescription of the above.

Hope this was useful.
Regards.
