Suggest Alternative Medication For IBS

Posted on Mon, 28 Sep 2015
Question: Hi. I've been prescribed Amitriptyline for IBS where chronic nausea has been been the main symptom. This has proven to be work very well; however, the sedatory effect is irritating. Is there an alternative tricyclic anti-depressant that is less sedating? Thanks
