Brief Answer:
It is a probiotic

Detailed Answer:
Hi,. The discussed medicine is a probiotic. it has bacterial spores. the aim of the medicine is to provide normal bacteria to the intestine and help decrease urea generation from the gut. overall it's effects are investigational and the amount of benefit is marginal at best.

LOBUN is another brand in XXXXXXX for same purpose but it is also costly.

or you can discuss with your Nephrologist to stop it altogether.

best wishes
