I can suggest that azithromycin ointment is also similar to erythromycin group. See if you can get that one.
Also for jock itch, we normally use soframycin or clindamycin containing ointments.
These are also good effective for jock itch.
But you need to get prescription from a doctor only.

Sir I am a physician from XXXXXXX and did my medical schooling from XXXXXXX I can find some online stores like healthwarehouse.com in the states ship erythromycin solution. But I have no clues how to trace the source of its production.

Yes there are topical erythromycin preparations that are marketed and sold on prescription elsewhere outside US/Cananda. But I don't think they are shipped to states.

and a new spot,dark red, no scale, on left hand, below index finger joint. It is new, 2 days ago, but itching
patch on spine, dark red patch, is 2 years young. I went to dermatologist, years ago.That guy disappeared. Dark red patch on spine is growing, slow. No prescription applied, except overthecounter preps, fer first aid/antibiotic, and athlete's foot. Is their a
conspiracy in OKie(Tulsa association) to refuse treatment fer dermatitis? Prescription needed, to replace
