Brief Answer:
Burn more calories than you eat : healthiest.

Detailed Answer:
hi there,

Thanks for your query.

Firstly, please remember that there is no magic potion in the world for rapid weight loss. The so-called "Magic Pills" and other stuff, available over the counter is harmful in the long-run. ENERGY CAN NEITHER BE CREATED NOR DESTROYED : IT CAN BE CONVERTED FROM ONE FORM TO ANOTHER.

The Golden Principle of weight-loss : You have to burn more calories than you take daily! The greater the difference, the more will be your weight loss. For example, if you take 1000 calories daily, but burn 1500 calories, the shortfall of 500 calories will be made up by burning body fat. For every 9 Calories burnt, you will lose 1 gram of weight.

Hence REDUCE YOUR CALORIC INTAKE :- take low-calorie foods, such as liberal amounts of green salads; avoid foods containing refined sugar, such as junk food, soft drinks, beverages, alcohol, fatty foods etc., liberal intake of water.

BURN AS MANY CALORIES as possible every day: regular vigorous exercises, gymming, jogging, aerobics, swimming, cycling etc..

Adherence to this scientific formula is the secret behind gradual, but steady weight loss WITHOUT any side effects. In fact, this is the HEALTHIEST way, without any adverse effects on the body.

I therefore strongly recommend AGAINST crash dietary regimes or weight-losing Pills/potions!

The FINAL decision is entirely yours.

I will be happy to answer further queries, if any.

Fond regards,

Dr. Rakesh Karanwal
