Brief Answer:
Post cataract raised ocular pressure

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

it seems a clear case of ocular hypertension with no changes in disc and perimeter changes (you had not attached perimetry chart though). I see that the Intra ocular pressures are reducing with eye drops prescribed. Let me tell you that the person needs more counseling along with treatment. This problem has to be treated for lifetime. I find the vision is not deteriorated. If he uses his drops lifelong the prognosis is good. The frequent switching of drugs is nothing to worry and it has to be followed.
Has he undergone a perimetry test for glaucoma evaluation anytime? If yes please upload the perimetry chart. He needs to get a fundus examination every 6 months besides the IOP and perimetry.

Hope this answers the question.
