4)Mid afternoon Snack-[3/4 cup plain yogurt +One cup berries+ One glass water]
5) Dinner- [4-ounce salmon filet +One cup steamed broccoli +1/2 cup mashed potatoes+One dinner roll +1 cup low-fat milk]

6)Nighttime Snack-[3 cups popcorn and One glass water ]
