Suggest A Better Alternative To Cyclopam

Question: I tried Cyclopam as a substitute for Smasmo-Peroxivon, which is not available now. I need this very infrequently for pain in abdomen. Cyclopam is not as effective. Can you suggest something better?

It may be two days before I can get a prescription, buy the suggested medicine and try it out. In the meantime can you suggest something that may reduce flatulence, the main cause of the pain?

Managed to get Zerodol Spas without a subscription. It was no use at all. Hifenec Spas is not available. Is there something chemically similar to Spasmo Proxivon? It was excellent.
