Brief Answer:
beta-agonists

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

spiriva contains a bronchodilator called tiotropium. This class of bronchodilators may cause constipation, although this does not happen very often.
There is one more kind of bronchodilators called beta agonists. Beta agonists like salmeterol or formoterol are not supposed to cause constipation.

I hope I've helped!
