Brief Answer:
Please give additional information and post clear photographs and reports.

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
To recapitulate: Female/54 - skin graft done on Feb 2nd at JH - Doctor gave you oxycodone 5mg (1 tab) every 4 hrs - since it is 4 weeks you have not asked for a refill as you do not want to take addictive medicines - wants to know which OTC to take or to contact he Doctor for a refill...

Please give me a few details as I am wondering why would you need oxycodone or any other medicine for that matter.
- Whether the pain is at a donor site or the recipient site or both?
- What was the surgery done for?
- please post the discharge summary and actual photographs if you have.

Any surgery should not have needed any painkiller after such a long time as by this time everything heals the best.
You may try Ibuprofen as per you body weight, to be taken after food and with PPI like omeprazole to avoid acidity that can occur with such medicines.

I hope this answer helps you, please give feedback.
