Sugest Treatment For Erectile Dysfunction

Question: Hi Doc
My wife and I are into the life style and enjoy meeting with other couples. I have no problem performing and keeping an erection for hours with my wife but as soon as we swap partners I loose my erection even with using viagra. I know it is all in my head but i can't seem to make this work and these women are absolutely stunning. I want to make this work so bad. My wife wants thsi for me also. Any suggestions?

I think it could be due to the pressure of performing to a certain expectation. Viagra may not be helpful in all situations. I would suggest to start intrapenile injection ( Inj Caverject) therapy from a XXXXXXX Generally it would be helpful in ED due to psychological reasons but it has to be taken under guidance of a qualified XXXXXXX only because 5% patients get priapism ( prolonged painful erection ) which is a medical emergency.

I don,t think I want to try an intrapenile injection. I have no problems getting and holding an erection with my wife sometimes for hours. It is only when I am with another women. I think you are right about pressure of performing. I think I will first work on the psychologicial reasons and try talking to the other women being open and honest about the situation and see what happens.

yes,I totally agree with you. If you can change your focus from performing to a certain expectation to receiving and giving pleasure , the problem will be solved to a large extent. I suggested injections only in case it doesn't work out and performance is very important. You can maintain erection with your wife but feel difficulty with another woman. It is called Erectile Dysfunction Situational Type . It is well known that someone may be very good with one woman but has ED with another partner so try and do as suggested and see what happens.

Many symptoms of T deficiency are common with depression . Diagnosis of low T is made after checking Serum testosterone at 8.30AM and SHBG level. You should get it tested and start the medicine only after consultation with a Urologist because he will test many other things before starting HRT
