Suffering With Headache On One Side. Suggest?

Question: Hi, I am sufering with headche since from last week.. that headche on right side of the head..may be i am thing that is migration.... how can i avoid that pls give me suggestion..

1) i feel unconfortable during morning time...acutally i am doing night shifts..

Hi,

Thanks for the information.

Based on the history, I suspect you to have Tension headache rather than Migraine.

Such headaches are best treated with tricyclic antidepressant like Amitriptyline taken in the night or before sleeping. Amitriptyline is a prescription drug and you may have to visit your treating doctor for a hand written prescription for the same.
