Suffering with headache on one side. Suggest?

Hi, I am sufering with headche since from last week.. that headche on right side of the head..may be i am thing that is migration.... how can i avoid that pls give me suggestion..

1) Do you feel nauseous during an episode of headache?
2) Do you notice congestion in the eyes?
3) Do you have or had cold in recent past?
4) Are you on any medications for headache?

1) i feel unconfortable during morning time...acutally i am doing night shifts..

4) I am applying balm for releaf.. and i used saradon..

Thanks for the information.

Based on the history, I suspect you to have Tension headache rather than Migraine.

Such headaches are best treated with tricyclic antidepressant like Amitriptyline taken in the night or before sleeping. Amitriptyline is a prescription drug and you may have to visit your treating doctor for a hand written prescription for the same.
