My brother suffering with comic kidney failure. Getting dialosys day after day. Is there any medical treatment for increase interval between dialosys

Welcome to the forum.
Dialysis is done to get rid of the waste products that get accumulated due to poor kidney function.
Probably if the potassium is under control and water taken as per the advice, then over a period of time, he may be re-assessed to reduce the frequency.
