Respected sir,
1. not such any incidence of injury recently.
2. Yeah i'm really constipated and addicted to news paper reading in toilets and daily it takes 2-3 times in the morning to clear.
3. there is no specific swelling but it feels a little bulge

Hi

Thanks for your followup

The only thing I would suggest is reassure yourself and take some analgesic twice daily for 3-5 days

But avoid sitting in toilet for more than 3 mins

Take a good preparation of isaphgul 15-20 gms at bed time

Hope this helps

Hi

Actually we are not supposed to prescribe medicines without examining the patient

You may go to a chemist and ask for anything like Diclofenac & Serratiopeptidase combination take it twice a day

If there is a bulge go for ultrasound scan as it can be a Hernia

Hope this helps

Hi

You may there is no interaction with it

It can cause some acidity so take it after meals

Nothing serious, it is a small defect and can be corrected surgically
