I dont have a shape, like solid stool, I have like a flour mixed with water stool or clay like paste maybe.
I wrote my last statement pretty late last night. It seemed to make sense then. In regards to what I wrote last night, I do not have a shape to my stool. Its solid sometimes but in pieces. I went to the doc about this but I was also sick at the time. some stomach virus that was going around. I dont think its stress because I have been in the Marine Corps for about 4 years now and I think im pretty used to a stressful environment. The color of my stool is the normal brown but its real chalky now after I was sick which was about 2 months ago.

You do not mention any fever, chills, abdominal pain or
any dark urine or yellow tinge of your eyes.
If you had any of these symptoms, then we think of
your liver or gallbladder having some probleml
Bile salts that are in the bile are released into the
intestine and this gives the normal brown color to
the stool. If the liver is diseased it may not produce
enough bile and the stool will be "Clay colored".
Also, if there is a blockage of the duct(Channel) that
carries the bile by gallstone or tumor, stool will be
Clay colored.
I do not suspect these in yout case.
Sometuimes, the kinds of food we eat may temporarily
change the color.
I want you to make sure that you have enough fiber in
your diet.If needed, you can take metamucil or effersylliium
supplement 2-3 tablespoons a day with a full glass of water.
I am sure you are very fit and active.
Keep eating fresh fruits and vegetables and whole grain
We all want to thank you and the fine military for your
sacrifice and services.
May God keep you healthy.
