Thanks for the query.

You have pointed out dandruff as a cause for your hair fall which is very true also. As you are reporting it to be very heavy from last two months, it will be advisable to rule out other potent reasons also. Thyroid is main culprit in many cases. Please get it investigated.

Cure of dandruff is a must to seek permanent cure. All such diseases become virulent when the immunity of the body is lowered. Having balanced diet in routine is an essential factor. There is solution for your problem and you will definitely get your healthy hair back.

In reply to your point 1 - Yes this application will help to some extent as it has a colouring anti fungal and anti microbial agent Henna; yogurt and lemon as conditioner offer relief.

In reply to your point 2 - Yes there are number of natural remedies. Application of sesa oil will solve your problem to great extent.

In reply to your point 3 - The answer is as shampoos have got some chemical base its excessive use will weaken your hair and make the problem many fold. So restrict it to basic minimum.

In nutshell I would advise you to have Tab. XXXXXXX pishti, local application of sesa hair oil, balanced diet and regular exercise. Rule out thyroid problem.

You are welcome to clear any more doubts you have on the topic.

Wish you best of health,

With lowering of bodily immunity, which may be due to improper diet or wrong living style or worry anxiety related issues, or lack of proper rest or presence of any disease , a conducive atmosphere is provided for progress of such problems. The cells break at a rapid rate and form flakes and cause irritation. When one starts scratching secondary infection is transplanted as hands are not always clean. This process weakens the root of hair leading to hair fall. By reversing the causative factor, half of the problem is solved.

Sesa hair oil is ayurvedic preparation and there is no documented or reported side effect until now. In medical world, we always say in this world anything under the sky can react to anybody, even milk and food allergies are reported, but until now, no one has reported side effect with sesa hair oil.
Use of aamla ritha and shikakai soaked in water over night and used next morning ensures good growth of hair and imparts lustre to them.
Drinking of carrot juice and beetroot juice is very very helpful. This is XXXXXXX source to boost your hemoglobin and a XXXXXXX source of vitamins. Have it on regular basis over a long period. This will boost your immunity also.

Use of methi seeds as paste is good; I would advise you to avoid soaking in buttermilk over night. One thing more I would like to mention here many people use seeds of methre as methi seeds. Methi seeds will be available from seeds merchants or pansari shops and not from karyana shops. Make sure these are not treated with chemical preservatives. If so, either avoid them or wash them thoroughly. The paste of methi seeds is good. Apply it for say half an hour and then wash it off and rinse your hair.
You are welcome to clear any more doubt on topic.
