Brief Answer:
Need to rule out tuberculosis.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for choosing health care magic for posting your query.
I have gone through your question in detail.
There could be many reasons for such fevers and such fever is called pyrexia of unknown origin (PUO). Of all the tests that you have mentioned, you have not mentioned tests for tuberculosis. Tuberculosis could be responsible for this kind of fever.
Secondly you should get her tested for HIV as well. HIV can spread in many ways and its always best to get examined if there is this long a fever. Nothing wrong in being cautious.
Malaria can also lead to such long standing fevers and serological tests of malaria can be useful for this purpose.
Hope I am able to answer your concerns.
If you have any further query, I would be glad to help you.

Brief Answer:
Other tests for tuberculosis

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I understand that you have mentioned PPD test for tuberculosis but there are other Ag and Ab tests for tuberculosis which need to be done to confirm it once again as the fever has persisted for long.
My other suspicion of Malaria and HIV still persist. You should get those investigated.
Other possibility is benign eosinophilia or filariasis which can present with such kinds of fever.
If the fever still persists then a MRI scan of brain can be done. Many times subclinical infections of layers of brain can lead to such fevers.
Hope I am able to answer your concerns.
