Hi,
Thanks for posting your query.
1) Kindly answer the following details:
a) Do you have positive family history of diabetes?
b) If yes, then at what age other family members get their diabetes?
2) Diabetes is associated with erectile dysfunction of penis & retrograde ejaculation. These are the only complications which affects an diabetic man. No other complication has been defined (apart from this) which interferes with conceiving your wife.
3) Erectile dysfunction in a diabetic patient is related with uncontrolled blood sugar and time duration between onset of diabetes & complication.
4) You should go for detail check-up by neurologist/ urologist and physician.
5) You should go for strict blood sugar control, semen analysis and thorough check-up of your partner.
