Hi,

This seems like a viral infection. You have to do lot of supportive treatment; no need for any antibiotics as of now.

Home remedies and supportive treatment include;

1. Gargle your throat at least 3 times a day with warm water saline (salt water).
2. Use lozenges frequently.
3. Take steam inhalation frequently every 6 hours.
4. You can use over the counter nasal drops to get relief but only for two days(not more than that).
5. Continue the medicines against cold.

Finally, you need to remember that it takes seven to ten days for the viral infection to subside. Supportive treatment mentioned above go a long way in improving your condition.
