Hi XXXXXX,
Welcome to XXXXXXX forum.

With the available described symptoms, there appears to be possibility of Acute viral upper muscle ache.
Myalgia is an integral prodromal symptom of viral infection.
Presence of body ache, chest congestion, fever and cough suggests the diagnosis.
There could also be possibility of viral infection induced arthritis.
Viral infections has span of 3-4 days during which symptoms may persist.

You should consult with XXXXXXX medicine specialist and should go for thorough check up.
You should also go for complete blood count, erythrocyte sedimentation rate, chest x XXXXXXX
You should take complete antibiotic course, decongestants, mucolytics and muscle relaxants.
You should avoid cold drinks, curd and oily food.
Perform gargles three times in day; a glass of lukewarm water with a pinch of salt.

Hope that helps.
Let me know your other query.
Take care,
Dr. Mayank Bhargava
