Suffering From Alopecia Barbae. What Should I Do To Get Cured?

I have noticed that i am infected with "alopecia barbae" and there are 3 small circle patches in my beard. could you please advice me how and what do i do now?

The condition you are suffering from can be alopecia areata,tinea barbae etc.
Alopecia barbae is an autoimmune condition and not infection.
It can be treated by oral and topical steroids.
Also I would like to know-
Since when you have this?
Is there any pain/itching?
Is there loss of hair in patches?
Is there any scaling/exfoliation of skin?
You can upload the photos of the affected area?
Or you can email them to YYYY@YYYY
