Thanks for writing in

If you are constipated take lot of fiber and plenty of fluids
Take sitz bath twice a day
And if this doe snot work take Isabgul two tsf with a glass of water at bed time

For piles you need to see a surgeon, as there is no non surgical treatment that is full proof

Hope this helps
Do write back in case of concern

thanks ajit. will try as u mentioned. is surgery must?
Answered by Dr. Ajit Naniksingh Kukreja 1 hour later

I can justify the need for surgery only after I examine you as there are as many as 18 invasive and non invasive methods by which we treat piles

Hope this clears your doubts
Wishing you a healthy life ahead
