Hello!

Thank you for the query.

The most common reason of such symptoms is viral or bacterial infection (can be due to food poisoning). Most of such gastrointestinal infection does not need medical attention as it get healed by its own. However, every diarrhea which lasts longer than 48 hours, every diarrhea with blood should be checked with stool tests.
You should also monitor her body hydration. Weakness, sleepiness, dry mouth, low amount of urine, dark urine will indicate dehydration.

Gatorade is a very good way to hydrate her. Please continue with it. You may also give her hot tea. Increase mineral water intake as well. She should also avoid any foods for 24 hours. Just liquids.
If you are able to give her Loperamide or Nifuroxazide, it might help.

So in conclusion, if there is no signs of dehydration, no blood in stool, you may wait few more hours and see if the symptoms are getting better. If not, than you should take her to the doctor.

Hope this will help. Feel free to ask further questions.
Regards.
