Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX

Coughing is due to the following

1. Seasonal allergies, pollen allergy, mite allergy, etc. Dust allergy is very common in our place

2 viral infections.

3 sinusitis

What u can do

Avoid taking him to crowded places, parties, etc

Avoid cold blast of air

Keep his ears covered when you take him in the car, bike, bus etc.

If allergic, you can start him on antihistamine like cetrizine when he starts running nose or sneezing.

Give him early dinner by 7 pm and allow him to sleep with head slightly raised.

Good luck

God bless
