Suddenly felt shaky and passing out. Is this serious?

I was arching my back with my hands on my lower back and looking up, and passed out. Since I came to, I've felt shaky and like I was going to pass out again. It's only been a day. I was feeling perfectly healthy before.

Do not panic.You might have a vasovagal attack/postural hypotension.
Please lie down for a while and slowly rise up.
Do not make sudden movements.
